PPC plans offer upfront pricing with no hidden charges when using a contracted provider. We believe everyone deserves affordable healthcare and by working together, this is achievable.
PPC and Telemedicine Networks
All PPC plan members have access to Emergent Care Telemedicine with Teladoc.
Our Preferred and Preferred Plus members receive the additional benefit of Primary Care. These members may choose a PPC contracted Primary Care Provider (PCP) for 6 annual visits OR choose unlimited nationwide Telemedicine with Teladoc or LASO.

PPC Care Team with Patient Advocacy
Our PPC Care Team is available for all PPC plan members.
The Care Team is comprised of Patient Advocates and Care Coordinators and they assist with helping members navigate the healthcare system.
- Our Care Coordinators schedule appointments, locate services, and answer general benefit questions. Each new member has access to a personal Care Coordinator to assist them with adding current providers, and to review existing treatments and/or prescriptions, to ensure that medical care is continued seamlessly.
- Our Patient Advocates pre-negotiate costs for treatment and procedures. They are experts in medical administration and serve to protect members from over-payment and high medical costs.

Unlimited Labs with Quest Diagnostics
All PPC plan members receive labs with ZERO out-of-pocket expense.
PPC is a proud partner with Quest Diagnostics who services all of our lab testing. With nationwide locations, Quest is the leading provider of diagnostics testing in the U.S. They work with leading hospitals and health systems to create custom solutions and processes that help you get the most from their laboratory resources.

Pharmacy Cost Savings with Drexi
All PPC plan members receive pharmacy savings with Drexi.
PPC is proud to be partners with Drexi for cost savings on prescriptions. Drexi gives you the real prices with no markups or fees, and their app tells you the pharmacy where you can get them.
You shouldn’t overpay for a prescription just because you didn’t know it was cheaper at a pharmacy two miles away.
Through the app you just enter your prescription info into the search bar and they’ll give you a list of all your local pharmacies, and the cost of your prescription at each spot.
Savings on Dental, Vision and Hearing with DocWellbee
All PPC plan members receive savings on dental, vision and hearing with Doc Wellbee.
ASPEN DENTAL

OUTLOOK VISION SERVICES
With Outlook Vision Services members receive average discounts from 10% to 50% on frames, prescription lenses and sunglasses, with no limits on purchases. The Outlook provider network is available in all 50 states and is comprised of well-known vision care centers, independent optometrists/opticians, and retail optical centers.
With Doc Wellbee’s hearing benefits members receive free hearing screening and 15% retail discount.

Legal Shield + ID Shield coverage
$30 monthly, per individual $36 monthly, per family
Get 24/7 access to a quality law firm to discuss any personal legal matter, without worrying about high hourly costs. For one flat monthly fee, get access to legal advice plus receive Identity Theft protection.
Legal Shield includes: advice, 24/7 emergency assistance, letters and phone calls on your behalf, legal document review (up to 10 pages), standard will preparation, motor vehicle services, and audit services.
ID Shield includes: credit report and personal credit score with analysis, continuous monitoring with activity alerts, and identity restoration services.

Health Equity Debit Card
$5 per month, per individual
With Health Equity members may receive a health debit card for qualified medical expenses, such as medical, dental, vision and pharmacy costs.
Through the HealthEquity mobile app you may view your account balance, view receipts, and submit a request for reimbursement. Members may download the app through the Google Play or App Store.

Catastrophic Stop-Loss coverage
$56 monthly, per individual
PPC has worked hard to secure great deals for your baseline healthcare needs. But what if an emergency or catastrophic health issue were to arise?
To provide more complete care options, PPC partnered with OdysseyRe so members can receive the added benefit of Catastrophic Stop-Loss coverage to help mitigate the high cost that can come with an emergency hospital visit.
For medical bills exceeding $50k, coverage is 100% and unlimited. Coverage is based on a “per occurrence” basis, in which you will receive a flat rate compensation.
